FAQ: 

1. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item? Please email us right away so we can make things right! It is never our goal or intention to give our customers wrong items or damaged goods. We will do everything we can to fix it! 

2. What is your return policy? Returns are only accepted on unused and unworn items within 2 weeks of delivery date. Clothing must have tag intact to be considered for return. Shipping returns is the customers responsibility. 

3. Can I cancel my order?  Orders can only be cancelled up to 3 hours after you order. Please email me with any problems you have.

4 . Do you offer plus sizes? Short answer- yes. Long answer, it depends on the design and color of apparel Our manufacturer only carries so much therefore we can only buy a certain color/size they offer. Please message me on IG @taleandthread or email me at julianna@taleandthread.shop to ensure we can make the size you are needing! 

Processing Times: 

You can find up to date processing times at check out. Everyone has to acknowledge the message before placing an order. I do not accept canceled orders due to timing.

Shipping Times: 

I cannot control the mailmen (I wish I could!) If you get a notification that your order has shipped but it doesn't arrive within 10 business days, please email me! I am not responsible for lost packages but I will try and help you in anyway I can!

If you are international and want to make a purchase please email me at julianna@taleandthread.shop. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, customs and duties!
