FAQ:
1. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item? Please email us right away so we can make things right! It is never our goal or intention to give our customers wrong items or damaged goods. We will do everything we can to fix it!
2. What is your return policy? Returns are only accepted on unused and unworn items within 2 weeks of delivery date. Clothing must have tag intact to be considered for return. Shipping returns is the customers responsibility.
Processing Times:
Our current processing time is 21 business days. I strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible but sometimes life gets hectic with a family to take care of as well!
Shipping Times:
I cannot control the mailmen (I wish I could!) If you get a notification that your order has shipped but it doesn't arrive within 10 business days, please email me! I am not responsible for lost packages but I will try and help you in anyway I can!
